The deal is decided in the conversation.
Linard is your AI coach for negotiation, sales and leadership. Run the conversation before it counts.
Impact
Conversational performance drives the margin.

“Every institution knows which advisor brings in 30 percent more margin. I have never seen one that knows what that advisor does differently in the conversation.”
Three founders are behind Linard: Flurin Schmid, who developed the method, and two engineers who make it measurable. The Founding Team
Practice
Knowing is not doing.
In aviation this is unremarkable. A captain with 20,000 flight hours goes into the simulator twice a year, and nobody calls it remediation. The same in sport: for every penalty in a match, hundreds in training. For the conversation where the most money moves, there has been no simulator.
The MethodTheory is not scarce.
No deal was ever lost for lack of theory.
Under pressure, habit wins.
It is built by repetition, not in a seminar.
Progress needs feedback.
Without it, you cannot tell where you stand or what to work on. At senior levels, honest feedback becomes rare.
In Action
The counterpart is simulated. The challenge is real.
The first minutes feel odd.
After that it is a conversation like any other, only harder.
Your counterpart pushes back.
It evades, holds firm, and is not won over by being agreeable.
Nothing is smoothed over.
The debrief shows what you said, not what you meant to say.
Prepare your next meeting
01Brief
You describe the conversation ahead: the situation, the topics, your counterpart, and the outcome you want.
02Conversation
Your counterpart behaves the way you described: probing, evading, holding firm. You run the conversation as often as you like.
03Debrief
Every turn is placed, by relationship, process, facts and deal. With it, specific techniques that would have done more in the moment, and that you can sharpen one at a time.
Grow your repertoire
You take up what the debrief surfaced, or choose for yourself what to work on. With the AI coach you sharpen a single technique. You learn to recognize the familiar situations quickly and respond with the right technique. Scenarios combine several situations into the kind of conversation your business actually runs on.
Private and Secure
Nobody is watching.
Experimentation and failure are part of building excellence. Linard is designed to create and protect a safe space to do both, for individuals and institutions.
A failed attempt costs nothing.
You try the phrasing you would never risk with a real client.
The first attempt is yours alone.
Observed, people perform. Unobserved, they experiment and improve without feeling embarrassed.
You choose when and where.
Twenty minutes between meetings, or an evening when there is room to think.
Roadmap
It starts with your team in a room.
Getting a team started takes people, not just software. We begin with a workshop on the conversations that matter most to your business. From there each person practises on their own, at their own pace and against their own strengths. We build bespoke modules for the scenarios your business turns on, while the base catalogue keeps expanding.
The drawing reads left to right across a year. An opening workshop starts it, and from there the base catalogue thickens steadily underneath everything else. Three further workshops punctuate the year; the last two each start a bespoke module, which then runs on as a ribbon of constant thickness to the end. Breadth and depth grow over time.
